Kinja'd!!!

Not too long ago, she ran into some shifter issues with her 5 spd manual Battle Beetle and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Soon after, she purchased a 2007 Smart ForTwo (no SR20) for me to the go full Wheeler Dealers on. She sold it last week and now owns a brand new Smart. As of now, she has this new Smart and her older Honda Shadow 600cc I believe. I must try harder to reach her level of radness.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Bonus: when I took the first photo, for some reason my phone did a blast session of photos by itself. I one of those super quick bursts, I captured this strange light.

Swap the motorcycle engine into the smart. Also my Grandma would say that was too small and complain about it

Reflection from the ML plate refracted off the smart

I know it’s a 600cc Honda but not 100% sure on the model. It’s a 2000 or 2001. Not a crotch rocket, I think it’s a Shadow

yea, there was a 600cc shadow. I have a 2001 750cc one kicking around somewhere.

Mmmmm...It’s a Proxy. I don’t spot the sport package, did she opt for the manual? :D

Also, the new ones practically snow brake dust, clean them often or pitting will become your worst enemy. :(

It could be. Just odd that in those 5-7 pictures it took quickly only one had it

I found an interior shot. Mind the pillow as she is very short hehe :]

Kinja'd!!!

I guess she got tried of manual from her Battle Beetle and every other manual car she has owned. (pretty much all)

One thing I lack that my grandma is so BOSS for is keeping cars clean. She is a pro! I used to have my car cleaning stuff in a box all rad yeeeears ago. I have fallen way behind. My wife and grandma rock it when it comes to keeping their cars clean af regularly.

It’s been almost a month since I Svend my Moose

Yeah. Trying living in the U.K. where the majority of the county is called The Lake District after it’s lake and many waters and meres.

It looks nice but it sure takes a lot of rain to keep them filled.

Also makes a good back drop for Star Wars films.

Nice. I’m going to have to get Piglet done Thursday then. Can’t go letting the side down.

Thursday is supposed to rock between the balmy temperatures of 6 and 12 degrees Celsius. Or I could try and get it done between rain showers tomorrow.

You don’t have any type of cover from the weather where you stay?

They are okay.

No cover at all. I live in a terrace house built for workers during the industrial revolution.

I’ll make do though.

It was satisfying as soon as I got started really.

Sometimes it’s more rewarding to clean a filthy car rather than a lightly filmed car as there is such as drastic change.

Does she know that the long lever on the left of that seat is a height adjuster? Unlike the older smarts, the new ones have that feature (finally). Can’t tell if that one is up or not. xD

Also: If she fills the car up on empty (as in fuel gauge indicating 0.0 gallons/liters empty) and she’s not able to put in 8.7 gallons (or 33 liters) at the pump, the car might be affected by the ongoing fuel tank/fuel sensor issue that’s plaguing some of the 2016s and 2017s.
